LayerBuddy is a 3D printing e-commerce brand operated by Rawque Studios. By accessing or using the LayerBuddy website, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About LayerBuddy

LayerBuddy provides 3D printed products and related products for customers in India.

The products available on our website may include ready-to-ship, made-to-order, customised, or personalised products.

LayerBuddy reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update products and services at any time.

2. Eligibility

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that:

If you are placing an order on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

However, 3D printed products may have minor variations in:

  • Surface texture

  • Dimensions

  • Appearance

These variations can occur due to the 3D printing process, materials, production conditions, and differences between screens and physical products.

Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a product defect.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product information, pricing, availability, or other website content.

4. Product Availability

Product availability may change without prior notice.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include offering an alternative product or issuing a refund for the unavailable item.

5. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Certain products may be manufactured according to customer-provided specifications.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any information, measurements, text, images, files, or other specifications provided to LayerBuddy are accurate and that they have the necessary rights to use any content they provide.

Once production of a customised or made-to-order product has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Custom products remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy in cases involving manufacturing defects, damage, incorrect products, or material deviation from the agreed specifications.

6. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.

After successfully placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation.

An order may be cancelled by LayerBuddy in circumstances including:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information

  • Circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, an applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

All product prices displayed on the website are shown in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout or included in the displayed price as required by applicable law.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers, including Razorpay.

LayerBuddy does not store complete card details such as full card numbers or CVV information on its own servers when payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship products across India.

Estimated processing and delivery times are provided on our Shipping & Delivery page and, where applicable, on individual product pages.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Illustrations

  • Original 3D models and designs

is owned by or licensed to LayerBuddy or Rawque Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, publish, or commercially exploit our website content or designs without prior written permission.

Purchasing a physical 3D printed product does not transfer ownership of the underlying digital design, 3D model, intellectual property, or other associated rights.

12. Customer-Provided Content

If you provide photographs, artwork, logos, text, 3D files, or other content for a customised product, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that content.

You must not provide content that:

  • Infringes another person’s intellectual property rights

  • Is unlawful

  • Promotes illegal activity

  • Contains malicious software

  • Violates applicable laws or regulations

  • Violates the rights of another person or organisation

LayerBuddy reserves the right to refuse an order involving content that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or third-party rights.
